At Erin Hession Photography, we believe in promoting charities and organizations that help our community. Organizations we’ve supported in the past include Cats Haven, Arthritis Foundation, American Heart Association, Chambers of Commerce, Riley Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis International and many more.

If you’re interested in our fundraising program, we would love to be of assistance. While other groups are out selling lollipops, candy and trash bags, your group can be known for doing something different and much more personalized while earning money at the same time. There are no products to keep stock, it’s simple and easy. We turn your fundraising efforts into a fun, 1-day event that earns you a lucrative amount of money with residual income afterwards as well.

Here’s how it works…

We’ll meet with your group's fundraising coordinator for a quick planning session.
We’ll discuss when we want to have the fundraiser, where it will be held, how we’ll market it and what the anticipated fundraiser will bring in financially for your group.

On the day of your fundraiser, we’ll charge a $20 per person sitting fee at the door, take 4-8 shots per person at your location (no boring backdrops), the images will be posted online and the attendees can purchase reprints after they view their pictures online!

It’s that simple!

We’ll also bring some fun props with us the day of the event (boas, flowers,
Hawaiian leis, etc.) but you and your guests can also bring your own props too!

What your group/organization receives:

Your group will receive $15 of every $20 sitting fee collected that day PLUS 20% of all online reprint sales after the event! We also offer a performance bonus, where for every 50 sitting fees collected, we’ll throw in an extra $50!

FOR EXAMPLE…

If your church or school group can get 200 people to commit and attend the party
and at least half of them order at least 1 5x7 at $12, you’ll receive:
$3,000 in sitting fees
$200 in bonuses
$240 in reprint sales

$3,440 for a 1-day event!
(And many organizations plan to do these fundraisers 2 or 3 times a year!)
